What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email and message, used only to reply to you.
- Purchases: orders and payments are handled on Etsy under Etsy's own privacy policy. We only receive what we need to prepare and ship your order.
- Browsing: this site uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools. Our host (Cloudflare) may process technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and operation.
Consent
By ticking the form's checkbox, you consent to your information being used to reply to your message. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.
Third parties and hosting outside Québec
We never sell, rent or trade personal information. The site is hosted by Cloudflare and our email runs on Gmail (Google); these providers may store data outside Québec. We chose them for their recognized security measures.
Retention and security
Messages are kept only as long as needed to reply and follow up, at most 2 years, then deleted. Access is protected by password and two-step verification.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent, by writing to laboiteacloussb@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also contact Québec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
Privacy incidents
If an incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify affected people and the Commission d'accès à l'information as required by law.
Intellectual property
Texts, photos, the logo and the name "La Boîte à clous" belong to their owner. No reproduction without permission.

Terms of sale (shipping, lead times, returns) are posted in our Etsy shop.
